Everyone was very friendly.

Mark was good about letting us know where things were with the work on the truck. We got a ride to go have lunch while we waited. We talked with Andy our sales guy and he was great to talk with as always. This is the best dealership that we have ever dealt with.

I only needed an oil change yet I waited for over 2 hours. The technician blamed "all those people moving here with out of state area codes are making us so busy". I happen to have an out of state area code even though I am a Montanan born and raised. When I told him that, he said it is because the dealership is so short of mechanics since so many people have moved here. Seems like he is complaining about his employer. Simple solution: either hire more mechanics or change your scheduling so that there are less people bringing cars in at one time. This is a scheduling issue and not something to blame people with "out of state area codes".

I would have liked to been aware of my recall before I showed for my oil change appointment. Due to the time frame I had available I was not able to get it replaced. Now if it goes bad I’ll have to eat it the cost of the repair. I do not receive notifications by mail or was I notified on my Chevrolet App.

Went for 2 GM updates. One recall to flash the CPU for a transmission problem (N242454440) which apparently went fine. And then 4 hours of waiting while the dealership attempted to convince themselves and me that an intermittent loss of the trailer brakes (N232414840-02) was not real or was a problem of a bad trailer connection (which I do not accept). The Customer Satisfaction Program repair should have been to replace the trailer brake controller, but the dealership did nothing but avoid addressing the issue and waste 4 hours of my time trying to get a real problem fixed.

Great customer service. Good communication with the service advisors. Repairs are satisfactory. Only reason for 4 stars is, I found dirty fingerprints all over the driver side door panel; which they clean up after I took my truck back to them the next day. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience with the dealership.

We were kept up on the status of the car we were waiting for. When it arrived we looked at the car and had no pressure to purchase. A fair trade-in was offered and we made the deal.

Honestly don’t feel like a valued customer at all. They just wanted my money. Got charged a disgnostic fee. The woman working my case has immediate rudeness when I said Les Schwab was covering the cost. The right thing to do would have be to have me reach out to whoever put my brakes in for warranty instead of just trying to take my money. They also told me it would t be safe to drive on my wheel and I needed to replace it. And turns out it was just cosmetic scratching. ALSO! When I bought my vehicle they said they would replace the broken buckle I have called multiple times and they have never done it or even followed up on it

Super happy to have great regular service as well as the ability to diagnose/fix other problems at the same time. After the service appointment I was able to visit the body shop as well where I had a quick-fix PDR diagnosed. This was super helpful and cannot state how handy it is to have someone available for PDR right there on site!

Solid customer service. I was treated very well. In less than a month after purchasing my vehicle (truck) the check engine light came on and exhaust was blowing out from under the hood. because of the concerning nature of the symptoms, I decided to have the vehicle towed to the dealership to get it fixed. Todd in the service department checked my truck in and was very helpful. The service department was super busy, but he said we would do his best to get my vehicle checked out and fixed as soon as possible and he did. He also provided me with occasional "check-ins" to let me know how things were preceding. Matt Porter was super helpful by providing me with a loaner vehicle while we waited to service my vehicle. This was really helpful as it took about 10 days to get my vehicle fixed and it is the only vehicle I currently own. This was very helpful in my situation. Finally, the price was right on all the repairs, and I really appreciated them identifying and fixing other items that needed repair too, all at no cost. Solid! Really please with my experience at Missoula Chevrolet even though it started off rough. The staff worked hard to make it right. I feel that this DEF contamination occured at your shop. The remote start did not work when I picked up the pickup after a factory recall job preformed at your shop. My son and I are the only ones fueling and adding the fuel additive.

I went for an oil and tire rotation. The appointment lady on the phone was unpleasant and wasn’t knowledgeable about vehicles. The lady at the center day of couldn’t speak to my so called interior insurance and was too busy to look up the part to order and said it probably isn’t even covered by the insurance

We had our appointment at 9:30 and we were told that it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hour wait. Mitch said he would try to get us done quicker. We got our vehicle back in an hour.

I had gotten a message that I needed service soon. I called and was told that the dealership was booked out over a month but that I could bring my pickup in and they would look at it if they had time. I dropped it off and got a call later in the day that it was finished and there was no charge as it was still under warranty. I could not be more pleased.

Pam and I had a very positive experience in dealing with all of the staff at Missoula Chevrolet. I have been in contact with Richard since the purchase on Monday and he has been great to deal with through the whole process. From the first call, to the texting back and forth, and the in person the day we finalized the deal. I apologize I can’t for the life of me remember the F&I gentleman that we dealt with, but he was equally as great as Richard was. He took over for Coley as he was tied up with another deal. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. Being in sales myself, I understand the importance of customer service. From the customer side of things, I don’t think that the staff at Missoula Chevrolet have anything to worry about. Pretty good experience for what it was. I had to drive over from Coeur d’Alene Idaho, which wasn’t terrible. Gave us a reason to take a little Vacay. John, and Matt were great to deal with. Jourdan was very helpful with the initial contact. Get the finance manager was also pleasant to deal with. I would do business with him again. Didn’t walk out of there feeling like I got swindled. Fair purchase price on the vehicle.
