Came in for an oil change and they didn’t grease any steering or ball joints as stated on my receipt for second oil change in a row very expensive warranty that I purchased with my vehicle says it has to be done by a dealership, but they suck

And anyone worth their salt knows that you under promise and over deliver. Todd does that every time. It’s not always what I want to hear, but he rips the Band-Aid off and gets right to work

Solid customer service. I was treated very well. In less than a month after purchasing my vehicle (truck) the check engine light came on and exhaust was blowing out from under the hood. because of the concerning nature of the symptoms, I decided to have the vehicle towed to the dealership to get it fixed. Todd in the service department checked my truck in and was very helpful. The service department was super busy, but he said we would do his best to get my vehicle checked out and fixed as soon as possible and he did. He also provided me with occasional "check-ins" to let me know how things were preceding. Matt Porter was super helpful by providing me with a loaner vehicle while we waited to service my vehicle. This was really helpful as it took about 10 days to get my vehicle fixed and it is the only vehicle I currently own. This was very helpful in my situation. Finally, the price was right on all the repairs, and I really appreciated them identifying and fixing other items that needed repair too, all at no cost. Solid! Really please with my experience at Missoula Chevrolet even though it started off rough. The staff worked hard to make it right. I feel that this DEF contamination occured at your shop. The remote start did not work when I picked up the pickup after a factory recall job preformed at your shop. My son and I are the only ones fueling and adding the fuel additive.

I went for an oil and tire rotation. The appointment lady on the phone was unpleasant and wasn’t knowledgeable about vehicles. The lady at the center day of couldn’t speak to my so called interior insurance and was too busy to look up the part to order and said it probably isn’t even covered by the insurance

Lines were extremely long for drop off and pick up. Then they lost my keys.

We had our appointment at 9:30 and we were told that it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hour wait. Mitch said he would try to get us done quicker. We got our vehicle back in an hour.

I had gotten a message that I needed service soon. I called and was told that the dealership was booked out over a month but that I could bring my pickup in and they would look at it if they had time. I dropped it off and got a call later in the day that it was finished and there was no charge as it was still under warranty. I could not be more pleased.

Pretty good experience for what it was. I had to drive over from Coeur d’Alene Idaho, which wasn’t terrible. Gave us a reason to take a little Vacay. John, and Matt were great to deal with. Jourdan was very helpful with the initial contact. Get the finance manager was also pleasant to deal with. I would do business with him again. Didn’t walk out of there feeling like I got swindled. Fair purchase price on the vehicle.

I have been in contact with Richard since the purchase on Monday and he has been great to deal with through the whole process. From the first call, to the texting back and forth, and the in person the day we finalized the deal. I apologize I can’t for the life of me remember the F&I gentleman that we dealt with, but he was equally as great as Richard was. He took over for Coley as he was tied up with another deal. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. Being in sales myself, I understand the importance of customer service. From the customer side of things, I don’t think that the staff at Missoula Chevrolet have anything to worry about. I did let Richard know as well that if I hear of anyone looking for a quality vehicle and great service, I would send them that way. I'm sorry I will be honest. Btw I am Karl Tyler Chevy guy, Scott is my sales guy, 2 trucks from him so far great dude. I made an appointment weeks ago and my appointment was at 8AM on a Friday. I showed up and there was about 5 cars in front of me checking in. I was like ok I bet it will be about an hour. fast. I was only getting an oil change and tire rotation. I waited 2 hours and that they called that an express. They even ask you if you will be waiting. That's just not cool. My time is worth a lot.. so I will not be doing that again.. and nobody even said sorry about this. But I will say the cashier girl . Super cool, she was very nice. But no more Missoula Chevy for me after 10 years. Btw this is my 2nd wait forever experience, but at least last time they were like were so sorry.. this one is on us. To add to it, I walked over to see my truck sitting outside the bay.. I was ok cool done, waited 10 more minutes no truck, I walked over again there were a couple workers.. I said what's up with this truck, they said someone needs to come take it to check it out, I said get the truck over there now.. I need to leave.. 2 hours.. this guy pops out and takes it over to check out.... Geeze!!!?

Alex was great to work with in buying the car, however 3 days after leaving with a brand new (2026) vehicle it is the shop with engine issues. Which is very disappointing!

Mitch was outstanding. Super informative and patient with my questions. My experience there makes me want to keep getting vehicles there.

It has been a pretty frustrating experience. The vehicle has spent about three weeks sitting at your dealership over the last couple of months because a diagnosis couldn't be made. We were told several times that continuing to drive it shouldn't hurt anything worse. Then, after the initial diagnosis / "fix", we have a new engine light within 3 days. Lo and behold, something new, that "might have" happened while we were driving it with the other issue. The next go round was more of the same. It really left a bad taste in my mouth to be told that a repair would not be covered by warranty when it was. If not for me keeping a copy of the warranty and reading it to the team, I would be out an extra $1500+. The whole experience took so much longer than expected that we had to pay over $600 to rent a vehicle for our trip. To top it all off, when we bring it in for the "final" repair, there is no record of the appointment and the work can't be done. The number of times we have had to have this vehicle, that we purchased from this dealership, in for work is disappointing. And, while friendly and understanding, the service team did not deliver like we would have hoped. We honestly question whether or not these repairs and bills were fair and justified. In the end, I have learned that the extended warranty is probably worth it if you purchase a vehicle from this dealership (although keep a copy and stay flexible to jump through the hoops) but we won't likely be shopping here when we replace this one.

I was met on the lot by Brad and his lovely wife Janelle ( owners) Wednesday morning they were walking the dealership lot. I had found a truck on the interweb , I did not have an appointment and did not know anyone at the dealership before this visit I live 360 miles away from Missoula . Brad had a rep come out, Rieger and I looked the truck over ,Mike the used car truck manager looked my trade in over . We made a deal shook hands and I am happy with the deal and Missoula Chevrolet was happy. I left a deposit and completed the sale Saturday . I can tell you everyone at Missoula Chevrolet was very helpful ,courteous, engaged and made me and the other customers I observed feel important and taken care of professionally. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car truck or service. Chevy auto service raises the bar on excellent service, mailing discount pamphlets, rewards, and trustworthy service. I will be a forever loyal Chevy customer. I have had many different cars, but my Equinox is safe, reliable, dependable, and I will always own an Equinox. My son said, 'Don't go with a dealership; they will take you for a ride.' I replied that it is simply not true. I told him what I paid after my service, and he said that he made a mistake and will tell people that going to Chevy is always the wisest choice.

My appointment was for 10a.m. dropped vehicle off at 9.30a.m. didn't get vehicle back till around 2p.m. for a recall that consisted of changing oil and replacing oil cap and inspection of engine. Seems a little long for such service and will not wait at dealership again for such service. Please schedule your appointments to get vehicle in service bay shortly after appointment time. Mine did not get into a bay until afternoon. Thank You

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2.5 hours. On my receipt, it was noted my vehicle had recalls. It also said that I refused having them taken care of today. I wasn't even made aware of the recalls, much less did I refuse that service. After seeing the recalls on the receipt, I scheduled an appointment for them. The service staff was pleasant and apologized for the wait time today.

Buying a new Colorado from Missoula Chevrolet was an easy process. The sales pitch was low-key with salesman Korey and manager Matt. I did know what I wanted when I arrived at the lot, so there wasn't any decision-making on my part, except for trade-in value on my 2019 Colorado, and I got pretty much what I expected for it. An after-purchase experience - being rear-ended 5 minutes after I left the lot - was handled neatly and efficiently by the crew. Good experience, all-in-all.

Took my vehicle in for whining noise and was told it was the alternator. I was given an estimate of $800 plus to fix. I opted to put an alternator on from Napa and ended up with about $300 for the recommended fix. However, the next day the noise was still there. I spoke to Mitch and he advised me that Missoula Chevrolet was make it right.

I brought my vehicle in for routine oil change and tire rotation. I was able to get right in and the vehicle was ready for me in a very timely fashion. All of the employees were very professional and Todd Rust was able to answer all my questions and get us out the door quickly!

Todd Rust told me mornings are always busy to bring it in after lunch and he could get me taken care of any day that worked best for me. I was correct.
